Refund & Returns Policy
- Timeframe: Customers must report any changes of mind or return requests to the support team within 14 days of receiving the order. Damages, faults, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 working days.
- Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Strict Exemptions: Due to hygiene, health, and consumer safety laws, the platform cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, used disposable vapes, or opened prefilled pods.
- Exchanges: The shop does not offer direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to switch items must return their eligible item for a refund and place a separate new order.
- Process & Processing Time: All returns require explicit prior authorisation via hayatipods@gmail.com. Once received and inspected, valid refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days
